The disc-based version of Minecraft for Xbox One will launch at retailers on November 18 in the US. Microsoft, which spent $2.5 billion to acquire the franchise in September, announced the news this week. The game will sell for $20--the same price as the digital version of Minecraft for Xbox One, which went on sale through Xbox Live in September. Minecraft for Xbox One features bigger worlds and greater draw distances, native 1080p graphics at 60fps, and a four-player local split-screen mode (8 players are supported over Xbox Live).
