Apple has released their new iPhone 5 in September 2012 to more than 20 countries. So far it is selling millions around the world and reported a lot of iPhone lovers have replaced their old iPhones to the newest version. With all new features Apple iPhone 5 could hit the smartphone market during first few days of the release.
People expect an advanced features and smooth surface with attractive look from the new iPhone 5. While benefiting all the new features on this handy iphone some users made complaints against the Camera quality, aluminum surface, etc. Compared to previous iPhones the new phone gets easily scratched. This has become a threat to the Apple since people used to keep their iPhone in the pocket and the possibility of getting scratched increased a lot.
What exactly Apple said when people keep complaining on this issue? Their answer was very simple "Any aluminum product may scratch or chip with use, exposing its natural silver color that is normal". If consider what they said, it is true, but it will lead to decrease the usage of new iPhone 5 among many users.
