Rockstar is one of the best developers around the globe and they are very famous for their customer treatments. Recently Rockstar proved it yet again that why they are considered as one of the best customer service providers in this gaming industry.

The good news is, Rockstar understood this issue and extended their Christmas gifts and updates. They said

"Due to issues with PSN & XBL connectivity, we're extending the GTA Online Festive Surprise Christmas Day inventory gifts for the time being," 

Rockstar didn't announce any end date for their extension but that is something not to worry right now.

People are really upset as this was a holiday time and they couldn't login to their accounts. Hopefully, this gift from Rockstar will make them a little happy.
