SheepArcade editor's review: Meridian93’s new title Hidden World of Art 2, is a game where classic paintings get mingled with a team of policemen, some wicked thieves and the FBI. Lana Vassari is a young but extremely talented art restorer who has to save valuable pieces of art from a gang of thieves before it is too late. She starts off on her work in her native place, Everton and apart from restoring the classical paintings, she would also need to zero in on the criminals and help in getting them arrested. This is an excellent hidden object game with rich and vibrant scenes. The brightly colored backdrops are a visual pleasure and you would need to spot items from a list-conventional hidden object games style. Finding an object is not too difficult and once you spot the object in question, the same gets restored in the painting. The items to find are most often related to the paintings you are working on or the era on which it is based. After completion of each scene, a synopsis on the painting is provided which is refreshing. The hint system in the game is pretty straightforward. If you find it difficult to understand a particular term on the list, then simply taking your cursor over its name would reveal the outline of the item. There is also an opportunity to earn a bonus and add more style and elegance to your apartment. Overall it is a simple seek and find web free games style but with a refreshingly different storyline which is engrossing and grows over the course of the game in a believable fashion. |
