It's a 3-D match-three style action puzzle game, the gradually paced challenge is entertaining and enjoyable. The galaxy-like clusters with small little worlds and catchy lighting effects combine with the other elements in the game to bring forth a truly high class cosmic-themed game. The basic game controls are simple and you have the power to control a cube with your mouse and drop marbles onto it. Brightly hued marbles lie grouped together in clusters all around and the objective is to clear all of the clusters by launching QuantZ from your arsenal queue by making matches of four or more like colored ones. The movement of the marbles depends on how you rotate the cube they are placed on which adds an element of dynamism to the game. You can also end up creating a fireball by making combos and control the direction of its blaze by rotating the screen and temporarily freezing time. Clearing full sets of colors within a certain timeframe, getting large combos and using the minimum number of shots can earn rewards and unlock more challenging modes. There are two main game-play modes-action and puzzle, the latter requiring more strategic thinking and planning than the former. There are 24 different worlds to explore and over 100 puzzles to tackle in this creative game which makes lots of games for free. The visuals are pleasant and the music is interesting making Quantz an innovative and enjoyable in 3d games.
