SheepArcade editor's review: Take a walk on the wild side with Rainforest Adventure! A refreshing remake of the classic tile matching game in the tradition of Story of Fairy Place, but with more surprises, more excitement, and a past-paced action best described as jungle fever. The rules of the game may be simple – click on two different tiles to swap their positions, and try to match three identical tiles in a row. Once you do that, the positions of those tiles turn into gold. Change all the tile positions into gold, and you will complete the level. But don’t let the deceptively simple rules fool you. Rainforest Adventure may be sound like a simple game, but when the clock is ticking and the pressure is on, even the most obvious moves seem impossible to find. As you venture further and further into the depths of the jungle, you’ll discover special power-ups that will help you clear the grids faster, but you’ll also find nasty surprises in special grid positions that make it more difficult to complete the level. With some many different types of tiles available, and a different game board every level, no two games are ever the same! The graphics have a lovely and soft feel about it, and the soothing background music brings the rainforest theme to life. Don’t get too comfortable with the surroundings though, because the action is fast and furious, and the clock does not stop for anyone. It’s easy to play, and even easier to become addicted. With more than 120 levels, 22 bonus levels and loads of power-ups, Rainforest Adventure is a perfect way to get close to nature, without leaving the comfort of your home. The sights, sounds, and the atmosphere of nature, Rainforest Adventure is waiting with all its delights and surprises. With a dazzling array of power-ups, and special position grids, Rainforest Adventure is never dull, and will keep you guessing and thinking non-stop.
