Mythic Marble follows the story of a young boy who sets out to make his mark with his skills as a marble player. There are 100 levels of beautifully designed levels, spread over 10 stages of riveting marble action, and 10 marble masters that guard the passage to the next stage. There are three modes of play offered in Mythic Marbles. In Story mode you must advance through the 10 stages and complete the story; in challenge mode you can either replay levels unlocked previously, or challenge masters that you have already defeated to see if you can better your highscore. The concept of Mythic Marble is simple yet fascinating. Imagine a mixture of snooker and pinball, and you will begin to have a better picture of what Mythic Marble is all about. Add to this some very smooth graphics, silky user interface and control, a clean and no nonsense sound effects, and a very basic game is brought to life in the most entertaining way possible. A few extra features also add to the game play – as you defeat each master at the end of the stage, you can collect marbles with special abilities that you can add to your arsenal to help you work through the more difficult levels (you will need all the help you can get).
