Visuals have definitely changed for this one, and as the name indicates we have, yes, a lot of ice. But its not all that dull, despite of all the ice. You have lovely animals doing their antics as you manage them as your livestock. For example watching the penguin walk and pop a fish in its beak is fun even though repetitive in nature.
Other animals like royal penguins and walruses join the bandwagon.
You have age old wooly mammoths which are interesting company, again owing to the way they help you in generating products out of your farm. Beware of the polar bear, which lends itself as villain which can be more of an opportunity if you are geared up to it. Though these polar bears pillage your livestock, you can use repetitive mouse clicks to capture them. Remember repetitive clicks, I had a problem here as I could not figure out in the beginning, but once I knew I was off to capturing Polar bears and sell them off for a amount of 80 gold coins
A time management farm game, you are given with goals of generating a number of products like, penguin eggs, egg flour, cookies, cakes and fabric.
As one can probably guess intuitively, simpler objects are used to generate objects like say cake, from egg flour and cookies. As a crude parallel to real life, you would need some machinery to accomplish your job, which you can purchase with the money accumulated from the farm produce.
Finish a level in good time and you may win a gold or a silver trophy. Maybe that's not very exciting to you, but attending to the needs of your machinery and your livestock to ensure optimization of your resources, leads you to the next level as well as you get a handsome return on your farm produce.
