SheepArcade editor's review: It is a hidden object game with a difference and will send you on a shopping spree to win Uncle Dave's millions. The game has a unique and interesting storyline which is one of the major attractions of the game. Uncle Dave D'Nero presents a challenge to Annie and her cousins. He would pass on his fortune to one who can spend one million dollars faster and more wisely. So Annie’s goal is to beat her cousin in this week long challenge and be the most judicious spender so that she inherits Uncle’s millions. You step into the game and help Annie find good buys. You would need to look up items from her shopping list and search for them in different shops all over the town. The shopping list is bizarre and includes a variety of items like crayons, lollipops, plastic cups and a bobble head. Have fun visiting flea markets and a range of different shops and boutiques as you search for the items. The game is untimed but rewards you with a hint bonus if you can find items quickly. Three bonus hints get you a free hint which can help you when you get stuck finding an item. There are numerous mini-games which pack in a lot of punch to the basic hidden object gameplay. The “Price Guess” mini-game, displays a random item, and you get four turns to guess the price. The “Price Match” games offer a different angle of gameplay where you match them to the correct price tags. In The “Price Builder” games you are given an item and three numbers. You would have to guess the numbers that make up the price of the item and the order in which the numbers make the price. Yet another kind, the “Sort items” game, has four items, and you get three attempts to put them in order from cheapest to most expensive. The story and the characters in the game are engaging and make Annie’s Millions a fun filled game. The scenes and backgrounds are really commendable hand painted art work and are a pleasure to play with. The levels in the game are unique and are never repeated within the game making it more enjoyable and interesting. You would also love the music and sound effects that blend in perfectly with the setting and atmosphere of the game. It is a wonderful adventure which is sure to entice players of all ages. Who would not want to go shopping with a million dollar budget and a possibility to win a fortune? |
