Apparently based on a game called OLAF, but has more recognizable traits of Sokoban, Fire is essentially a block pushing game where the object is to extinguish flames. Throughout the various levels (there is more than forty in the game and apparently over a thousand in total, see the creator's website) there are small fires burning. Switching between use of the box and the ball, by pressing space, you are given the task of putting them out. The ball, however, is the only one of the pair capable of putting the fire out. So, using skill, dexterity, logic and trial-and-error, work through the levels as they turn up and try to solve them without going psychotic. The game has been developed well and it looks great so there's really no reason not to try it.

This game is crafty. You need timing, memory, and reflexes to master this. What you have to do is roll a ball from the top of the screen into a pipe. Sounds simple. Well, it is. Except for one thing. Obstacles. You have to lever and switch different objects in the level in order to make the ball stop, slow, or just to let it roll. The graphics are smooth and the music is really nice and very suited to the game play. There's no sound effects, but that's a good thing here as almost any sounds would have just been obtrusive. This game is pretty tight and does require some trial and error but that's a good thing. In this game, trial and error will be what rules you. There's only one thing in this game which is pretty bad and that's not being able to select which level you start on. You have to go through each level from the start and that gets pretty tedious. And sometimes if you drop your ball somewhere that it can't get out from, it stays there until you quit and start from the first level again. There is no 'level reset'. All in all this is a fun, challenging game and is fairly enjoyable.
