Pacman games origins come, logically, from the game Pacman. From the first to today’s versions of Pacman there were improvements in graphics but pacman remains and always will be made in 2D. Because of its specific game play, it’s a bit difficult to get use to 3D pacman, so the people stick to this version. The game itself consists of pacman – the hero, enemies – the villains who constantly attack pacman, and from a full field of Pac-balls. To finish up a stage you must collect them all, without being caught by the enemies, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. In that case there are couples of power-ups which help you defeat the enemies. In the first versions the only power-up was specials Pac-balls that enabled you, for a certain amount of time, to destroy that is eat the enemies, because pacman goes through levels by eating. But in more new versions, besides that, and the fruit power-up, there are also for example: SPEED power-up which enables you to move at a much greater speed than normally. There are also the freezing power-ups which “freeze” the enemies, that is, they stand still for a certain time period. Also there can be found bomb power-ups which allow you to ‘blow them up’ whenever you want to, that is, when every you are forced to use a bomb to save yourself. In the game you can also find special bonus points, besides fruit, there are teleporting places which can move you from one place on a map to another. Another and the rarest bonus in the game is the “1UP” – an extra life. When starting this game 3 lives are given by default, but with this bonus you can increase it even more, or make up for the lost ones.
