Each game has its own instructions, so make sure you explain the instructions to your kids. Plural Games – is a great game for a child to learn what the plural words are. There are 4 levels: first is Fill in the Blank, then Tough Fill in the Blank, then Multiple Choice, and Tough Multiple Choice. Word Link – is a giant scramble game where the child can connect letters to form words. After clicking on the letters that are adjacent to each other that spell a word, the letters then form the word in a box on the upper left side. Then child clicks on submit and it will give him or her points. Keyword – is a difficult game for that child who has a fairly good vocabulary. The child is given a set of letters. He or she must connect the letters to make a word. The first letter must touch the second letter and then the third and so on. The more letters that the child can combine the better score is. The Jump Start – is a funny and exciting game. The game takes you through an adventure, for example, solving a mystery while using various skills to navigate through a number of different settings. Skills include Parts of Speech, spelling and Vocabulary, Addition and Subtraction, Multiplication and Division, etc. Word games like Boggle and Scrabble help kids get a good grasp with different words, as they form words using tiles for scrabble and identifying word formations in boggle. These games are played on the computer too. You only need to read the instructions to your child and let him or her to play. This can sharpen their spelling skills as well as word formation and identification skills which are practical, not just in English.
