A combination of hidden object games, puzzle and match-three game-play in this game. You take on the role of an alchemist, helping your uncle, the governor of the province, on a quest to find the legendary Philosopher's Stone. His magnificent discovery, the Alchemy Machine is only capable of restoring the land to its former glory.
The main game-play mainly consists of two kinds of tasks. One main activity would be to search for scrolls, shields and swords in interactive scavenger hunts. Other variations in the game include matching groups of symbols and coins or swapping two or more items on a grid to make groups of three or more identical objects.
There are interesting mini-games between levels which let you build and upgrade magical edifices that bestow special powers on you. Enjoy playing bonuses on the puzzle board itself which helps you acquire power-ups.
The visuals in the game are extraordinarily outstanding with charming character drawings and appealing backdrops. A smart game-play, an engrossing story line and a magical world revealed in the game makes this one worth trying.
