Game description:
James is just beginning his career as a Private Investigator and, so far, his cases have been easy to solve and not very exciting. But, when the editor of the local paper gives him a tip about the theft of an ancient map from the town museum, James embarks on an eye-opening search for hidden clues and lost secrets. A private sleuth named James is summoned by his friend Bill to investigate a theft. James decides to take the case up and thus begins a hidden object game. This new offering from Far Mills Game Studios and GFI, Detective Agency is an unending trail of seek and find with an enjoyable storyline. You get to go through various buildings and help out with different tasks to gather valuable clues to solve your case. The basic task is to find items from a list or recognize them from their outline. There are a handful of mini games thrown in between levels which involve some mechanical puzzle games solving. But the puzzles are amusing as they are theme based but you can skip playing any of them if you wish to. The hint system in the game is pretty helpful and there are a lot of them that you can use. For getting a hint, you have to click on a magnifying glass begins beeping very quickly to signify that you're close to an item. Detective Agency makes a nice hidden object games type of game though not really adding anything unique to the genre. The graphics are average and the controls are fairly simple and the relaxed pace of the game is perfect for casual gamers. Exploring each detailed scenery is a joy in itself and putting clues together and unveil the mystery behind the case is just equally enticing. Click here to open game download page!
