Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses!
Mysterious accidents on the set of upcoming blockbuster "Pharaoh" are getting more and more interfering with its production. When its star, bitten by a poisonous snake on the set, died all the other actors and the rest of the crew felt threatened. More importantly the whole production was at risk, so desperate producer is calling the genius for crime-solving: Nancy Drew. Nancy gets undercover as a production assistant and tries to help him get to the bottom of these incidents.
In Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses! finding the objects is not the central point of the play as in the most hidden objects games is. Each of the twenty-six chapters has it's own goal which you're trying to achieve by searching for the objects with your magnifying glass. Once you find them you have to combine them in sets of two to form a new object, or to cause something to happen.
Each item you find has an informational clue which tells you how to use it. The number of the objects is displayed in the bottom right corner but you don’t know specifically what objects you are looking for which makes this game even more puzzling. There are many mini games like lock-solving, decoding, repairing generators, blowing up rocks, and interviewing the members of the crew.
The beautifully drawn settings and voice acting with a nice story Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses! is one Addicting-puzzle game must have!
