The Clockwork Man is an epic hidden object game set in whimsical world of fun! The story of the game is set ion the 19th century London, Miss Miranda Calomy, an aspiring engineering student, receives a letter from her grandfather Cornelius- a successful scientist, soliciting her help. She immediately decides to leave for South America with her robot helper Sprocket to help him. A refreshing feature of this game is that it is untimed. The Clockwork Man features several types of hidden object scenes in which you need to find items from a list. The meticulously detailed hand-drawn scenes demonstrate a degree of breadth and depth – including the ability to scroll the screen left and right, and zoom in on specific areas of the screen. The game has a handful of unique mini-games apart from the general hidden object puzzles and helps the player with numerous hints throughout the game. Sprocket receives a total of four upgrades that allow him to provide different types of hints. Each of the upgrade costs a different amount of energy. The game has a rich Victorian setting and the items to be found are more or less consistent with the time period and setting. The unique scroll and zoom play is a real joy and the three short but sweet chapters of the game are sure to enthrall you.
