Familiar as we are with Build-a-lot series HipSoft still managed to amaze us with their newest sequel Build-a lot 3: Passport to Europe.
Your talent in real estate planning and managing has spread all the way to Europe and now you are invited by some of the most important people there to help renovate their towns.
Build-a lot 3: Passport to Europe has 43 levels and just like in the previous games you are given certain goal to achieve in certain time limit. The pacing is directed in such a way that you don't have a second to spare and you have to be involved in the play all the time if you are aiming for the Expert label.
There are many new features like weather conditions which make the outdoor work move slower. Also various house crisis which directly affects your income like fire, so you have to send firefighters immediately or if the tenants are careless and playing loud music you have to send the police car to quite them down. These are incidents you cannot predict but you can be prepared for them by building a Fire Station or a hospital in the neighborhood. When the house is in crisis there is a flashing icon above it urging that you have to do something about it as soon as possible since you can't collect rent on it until the crisis is taken care of. Also a new feature worth mentioning is neglected properties which have negative curb appeal, but if you buy them and do some repairs you can make some profit on them.
