Sheeparcade exclusive review:

Introduction: Stories have always been a true mirror to see if the game is any good and of course deciding if it is worth of buying it. So if you see a theme of a game that has been used so many times that even the history has gotten sick of it you will be provoked of not even looking at such a game. Luckily for the players of casual games out there, there are people who are hired to play such games no matter how they look and give their opinions on them. So finding a jewel from time to time isn’t that surprising, but this type of jewel was a surprise indeed. Gameplay: The premise of the game is familiar to probably everyone who has ever heard a story, a tale or some kind of folktale at all. It is a about a prince in his shining armor and riding his noble steed on his way to get married by a beautiful princess from another kingdom. On the road to the castle a witch appears warning him about the horrible curse that has folded above the princess and that he mustn’t go there. However the prince keeps riding and after he reaches the castle the witch again appears and curses the princess with so many curses that she turns to stone, captures the rest of the people inside of the castle and banishes him to another realm where he can’t do anything to help the people and his beloved princess. However, even if the magic ruled countries and the people who had magic on their side where the most powerful ones, there was one force that was mightier than the magical one, and that force was the dragons. After climbing the mountain on which they were located the prince addressed to the mother dragon and asked her for help to defeat the evil witch and help him to see his true love once more… The dragoness was kind enough to help and not to eat him; however there was one simple condition. The condition for this was that the prince helps the dragons with their needs and miseries, which were kind of strange nature to the prince as the primary concern would be baby dragons. The deal was made for the prince to care for the dragon babies and when he finishes his job mama dragon will provide the tools in form of magical items he needs to defeat the evil witch and of course some dragon firepower. So the prince starts his daily obligations to the dragon babies, and the game opens up with one dragon egg that needs to be hatched. After it hatches you need to feed it and take good care of it through the day, as the reward for taking care of it comes at night. Getting acquainted with the game starts from this point and mama dragon is there to help you get going with all of the basics you need to know. The game is made from lots of quests that need to be completed, and the game has a couple of islands that you need to finish up before you can get back to the witch. Every island will take you about hour/hour and half to finish up, depending on your management skills. There is no time limitation to how long can you play, but there is a stimulation for those who decide to take on the expert time of the game. As I said before, you start with one baby dragon which you hatch out of an egg using a hammer. This baby dragon is red (you will see later they come in more colors providing different resources) and when the baby is happy and well fed during the night it will poop, and you will collect that poop, as the dragons poop are gems. You will then start to think about your economy as feeding the babies and everything else what lays ahead needs to be paid. So you need to start selling those gems, but that will be sufficient only in the beginning of the game. New dragon babies will start arriving meaning more obligations to them, and then out of nowhere the dragon slayers arrive who want to kill the little cute babies. Knights, wizards and other people in service to many kingdoms try to show their might by killing these innocent creatures and it is up to you to defend them. When collecting different games from the dragons you will be able to take them and convert them to jewelry, maximizing your economy efficiency. However not every gem can be traded in just like that. You need to have specific gems to trade for specific jewelry. After some time you will start having too much dragons to take care of and too many enemies to ware of all by yourself and too many gems blocking the room for more gems. The solution for these problems lies in hiring additional help. There are other magical beings that can help you in your duties, like trolls who are there to protect the baby dragons from intruders; Imps are also very useful as they clean around the caves making more room for additional upgrades. If the gems get to crowded there are to solutions to this problem. One of the solutions is selling the gems individually and with that making more room for other gems. Another solution would be buying additional chests, and with that making room for more gems to collect. There are some tricks to how to save enough money to finish up the quests you need in record time, like collecting the scraps that defeated knights and other intruders leave behind after they have been defeated. Each finished quest is a step further for you as you get a piece of magical item from the dragoness. Graphics and sound: The thing about this game is the graphics that makes the whole game really amusing. The mixture of cartoon graphics, hand-drawn graphics but with constantly high details makes the thing more than worthy. You will enjoy those little cute dragons from the beginning and as the additional features unlock you will see the rest of the assortment that the game has done quite magnificently. To wrap it up, the game audio takes care of the rest with some very known tunes that were used in movies about dragons or in games on similar themes, constantly changing making you not to even think to turn off the music. Just enjoy the game like I did…
