Sheeparcade exclusive review:
Jane is back again, for the third time with not so much surprises, but probably worth a while. The theme is till the same hotels, hotels and even more hotels… Jane is again doing the hotel business and probably for most of us we are glad she still does it, as from time to time people do need a change when it comes to time management, as with all the farming, cooking, dashing and all other frenzy that goes around changes are very welcome. But time passes and Jane will probably need a successor that will continue in her place when she won’t be able to… Jenny is her name and she is the successor that will continue her business and with the fact that she is her niece, the gene factor will probably do all the rest making sure not to feel a great change. Over the course of the game she will manage four different hotels in Egypt, Scotland, Russia and Monaco. We have already accustomed to the number of levels that are given in this game and pretty much in this area there such drastic changes. However, there are changes when it comes to the bonus levels that come in a form of HOG. Eight levels are there to provide you with the extra points you need or upgrades that you will need right away or sometimes later in the game. When it comes to the gameplay it is nothing new and nothing that needs special explanations as the customers or better yet the guests are entering the hotel as in any hotel. First comes checking in, complete their vacations to their fullest satisfaction, check them out and move on… While Jenny is responsible for preparing meals, cocktails, and delivering the phone or a newspaper, she is also supported by a maid and a porter, who fulfill the remaining requests. You’ve probably been a couple of times in a hotel or at least watched it on TV what maids do in a hotel. Their job is simple as they care of watering flowers, doing the laundry and cleaning the rooms. The porter has slightly different and a bit more complex assignments like delivering luggage, repairing broken machines, and upgrading rooms. Looking at this tasks individually you get a simple game that doesn’t have that much to offer, but when it comes all together you get a game full of hectic jobs chained together that need to be accomplished as soon as possible. The game core is built very simple giving you the options to server your customers with different content. The customers are more or less important in this game, even though it is all about serving them right, but what is more important is how and with what you server them. The hotel has different rooms to offer like single rooms, double rooms and for the ones with shall we say VIP status luxury and presidential suites. Logically the better the room is for which the customer decides the more cash you will earn from that room, but that doesn’t mean it is the best way for earning cash. There are customers who are coming back to the hotel again and getting their old room back would be a special favor for them and more bonuses for you. That special bonus comes in a way of room upgrade, because as the customers return to the same rooms the level of loyalty increases and collecting enough loyalty gives you the upgrade room option. Basically goal of every level in the game is to earn a certain amount of money and to serve your customers on different ways, without losing them and that’s where the game gets though. Losing only one customer means that you will need to reset the level you are playing from the beginning. But besides this there is what you can call a mission impossible in the game as some expert levels are clearly impossible to accomplish. The times that are set to be reached for an expert result can’t even be scratched, not even closely how matter you try. Customers of all sorts come in and request special rooms, you serve them whatever they want (drinks, food, newspapers, towels, clean their rooms, entertain them with music, sell them souvenirs, take their dogs out, etc.). You can chain actions if you have multiple people requesting the same thing and you act quickly. Another thing for which every player will be satisfied is the massive amount of upgrades available in the game. You have upgrades for almost every corner of the hotel and the upgrades help you in many ways, for example: You can increase the hotel’s popularity and then you can increase the efficiency of your works, making them work faster. There are also upgrades for increasing your customer’s patience and cashing out more money from them. Putting all of this together the game doesn’t represent something that could bring it to the top charts of time management games, but it represent a vast improvement compared on its predecessors and gives you a game to get your mind off those other games that constantly are going round and round the casual market. Trying it will be enough for you to decide… Click here to open game download page!
