iTunes 11 Delayed Until Late November

Apple to push back the release of iTunes 11 to November...

According to Tom Neumayr, a spokesperson from Apple, the development of the new iTunes is taking longer than previously expected. And they are also taking some extra time to make sure that they get it right. Furthermore, he stated that the new iTunes would feature a dramatically cleaner and simpler interface, and that seamless integration with iCloud would be also added before the end of November.

Apparently, the new iTunes software will include many welcome features such as instant recommendations, updated mini-player, and a preview history.

The redesign will not be limited to Macs and PCs. The iOS users will also get to experience the new cleaner and simpler design on their devices. The integration with iCloud will help users to pick-up and play songs or movies from any of their iTunes-enabled devices.

While some Apple fan boys are bummed about the delay, most of them are happy that Apple is taking the time to make it sure that everything is working perfectly. And after the recent disaster with Apple's premature iMaps app, most people are happy to give Apple some more time to get its most important program running flawlessly.
