There was an official news from Sony that they would release PlayStation 4 in China on January 11th but recently they said that the sales will be delayed due to some logistic issues.
Unfortunately, the company didn't announce another launching date and this created a negative impact on all the gamers of China who were eagerly waiting for this release. Sony said in their press note that there were various technical issues which caused this problem.
According to me, this is weird because PlayStation 4 is not a new console from Sony and it is really unlikely that there will be technical issues with this console.
The China release was confirmed in May and this is sad that they had to cancel this before 10 days of the release date.
You should also know that recently China lifted the 14 year ban of foreign console selling in China.
Microsoft and some other companies are now taking this as a chance and trying to do something. Hopefully we will see the impact on February.
