The Zu Mountain ranges in Sichuan, China are famous for their lofty crags and jagged peaks. There are many legends in these parts. One of these is about immortals possessing supernatural powers. They fly on their swords, chasing the wind and the stars. They tune their minds and bodies in search of the eternal truths of the universe so that Man and Nature can be one. Many of the righteous masters were forced to commit suicide after the first battle between good and evil. At a critical time, Blood Demon, the lord of the evil forces, began an assault on Zu Mountain. Knowing a catastrophe was on its way, Whitebrow, the master of the swordsman, resolutely decided to journey to another dimension to seek the power to resist Blood Demon.
