Cruise Clues(TM) - Caribbean Adventure

Step into the shoes of FBI agent Angelina and help her track down a jewel thief. The main background in the game is a Caribbean cruise ship where you would be searching for important clues. There is more fun packed in the game with occasional underwater probes. Angelina's tasks range from finding lost luggage to cleaning nightclubs. As the ship sets sails for a Caribbean cruise, an allusive jewel thief starts gets to work by stealing from the rich. The onus is upon the FBI agent to hunt around for clues, talk to people and piece puzzles together in order to stop this criminal from robbing boarders of their wealth. The story in the game is linear and simple to follow with hardly any twists and turns in the plot. Most often you would find yourself investigating diverse scenes for hidden objects. Finding all the objects listed for a specific scene lets you move on to the next one. Some items are hidden beneath others and pose a bit of a tougher challenge than the others. You would need to first remove the item on top to uncover the one below it. Some mini-games can be played in between hidden object levels. The tasks in these ranges from solving puzzles to spot the difference type games. You might have to revisit the same locations in the game in order to look for clues and nail the criminal. The graphics in the game fails to impress though the artwork for most scenes is quite detailed. At times the illustrations make it difficult to spot certain objects and identify them correctly. But the underwater scenes are refreshingly different and are a pleasure to play. The soundtrack is also not too interesting and you might want to turn it off while playing the game. This hidden object game is nothing different from the traditional HOG and hence feels dull and repetitive after a while. But you would thoroughly enjoy the vividly detailed setting and the underwater challenges for sure.
