Lineage II

Lineage 2 is the 'prequel' to the original Lineage game, both developed by Korean game studio, NCSoft. Lineage 2 takes place approximately 150 years prior to the Lineage timeline. Originally released in 2003, the game is hugely popular in Asia with NCSoft reporting over 14 million players having taken part in Lineage 2 since release. The world of Lineage 2 is divided into three kingdoms, Aden, Elmore, and Gracia. Players begin their journey into Lineage 2 in either the Kingdom of Aden or in the Kingdom of Elmore depending on race. Typical of most MMOs, players journey through the world gaining in experience and levels to battle ever-increasingly difficult monsters.
